![]() In such an expensive hotel, we expected the toiletries would be in a nice set of small bottles supplied daily. Also, when I asked for a late check-out I was granted ½ hour by your front desk otherwise I would have to pay I would have thought that an hour at the minimum would have been granted. It seems as though you need an overall maintenance. When we were there last time the escalators broke down, this year the main door broke down. First, I must say that for a healthy person this is not wise as they could easily fall trying to balance with their luggage (law suit to follow) and secondly, your receptionist could have taken one look (he did, but I suspect didn’t care) at me and seen that I was over 70 years old and to add further had a stroke last year! An escalator was not a viable option. When checking-out, I asked your front desk receptionist (male) “how were we to take the luggage down” and he curtly replied “to take the escalator” as if was the norm. When checking-in there was nobody to assist us with our baggage while the check-in counter is located on the 2nd floor of the building and you need to struggle with 5 pieces of luggage with the escalator to go up.
